UAEFiorentini UNICA ride-on floor scrubber
An introduction to UNICA and the site conditions that matter when evaluating it for regular commercial or industrial floor washing.
UNICA is a ride-on floor scrubber-dryer. Evaluate the actual configuration against your floor, access restrictions and cleaning schedule.
Understand recovery
Scrubbing loosens suitable soil using a compatible brush or pad and solution; the recovery system collects dirty water. Inspect the result. Recovery does not guarantee an immediately dry or slip-free floor.
Compare the whole machine
Check scrubbing and squeegee widths, tanks and overall dimensions. Confirm doors, lifts, turning areas and permitted gradients before choosing equipment.
Plan the shift
Allow for filling, draining, charging and routine machine cleaning. Clarify batteries, charger, accessories, training and warranty. Do not assume every UNICA configuration has the same specification.
