Operator training
Understand the machine before the working day begins.
Training connects the machine’s controls with the task an operator performs on site. The aim is a clear daily routine: prepare the equipment, use it appropriately and leave it ready for the next shift.
Before starting
Discuss the controls, routine checks and preparation for the specific model. Brushes, pads and cleaning products need to suit both the machine and the surface.
During cleaning
Review manoeuvring, access and the cleaning route in the actual working environment. The demonstration below shows an operator handling a scrubber in a corridor; it is not a replacement for model-specific instruction.
At the end of the shift
Ask about emptying and cleaning tanks, caring for brushes and squeegees, and charging or storage where applicable. Share the model, location and number of operators when requesting training.
